Rebecca Barnhardt, CMCA, AMS

Originally from Laguna Beach, Rebecca Barnhardt moved to Santa Barbara to earn a Media degree from Brooks Institute. Rebecca has worked in advertising and corporate marketing field for many years. She went on to graduate school to receive an Masters in Business. Rebecca is a published photographer, PCLA recipient for public relations campaigns and has spent time in lighting design and worked for landscape designers. This knowledge, coupled with her project management experience, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily at Villa Del Mar HOA to assist homeowners and improve property values. Rebecca has been working for Villa Del Mar HOA for over 7 years and is a twice accredited property manager holding a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. Rebecca’s residents often describe her as professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and has a great sense of humor. Rebecca is active in her community in Channel Islands and volunteers and supports several great nonprofit organizations, offering her marking and event planning skills.

Founder of Foreverbird Studio. Senior Visual Designer, Art Director, Assistant Director, orchestrates creative projects with refreshing attention to detail from start to finish. Effective at communicating messages to an audience, with branding and practical media design. Skilled at cooperative solutions and when necessary, takes responsibility to get the job done — past working experience for technology, software, non-profits, and metropolitan newspaper.


Terrilynn Giamoni

Born in Puerto Rico and living in Carpinteria 17 years all of which residing in Villa  Del Mar. Outgoing, loyal, Fun, honest and a mother to 4. My community is like family and has always been a special place for my children to grow up. I am a photographer who captures special memories and nature. I am an animal lover and really love to help others how ever I can. Family is everything to me. Paying it forward is my Morel of life. I would love to travel more some day, In the mean time I set goals to own a condo at villa Del Mar, watch my granddaughters grow up, continue to be the best mom I can and capture amazing memories and stories through the lens of my camera.

Emily Calkins

Emily Calkins is a lifetime resident of Carpinteria who is passionate about giving back to her community. She is an avid photographer who captures moments and perspectives uniquely. She is currently a student at SBCC with a goal of a media studies degree. She loves traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time in nature. She is driven to tell people’s stories and share her experiences with others. She is well versed in photography, photo editing, layout, and cover stories.
